We understand that when you ask us a medical question, privacy is important to you. You don’t have to provide our medical doctors your real name, address, or any personally identifiable information. You will be identified by your username unless you choose to mention your name in the question details. You may choose what should be your public name.

We don’t share your email address with any third party services. In addition, if required by law enforcement, we will be obliged to share your personally identifiable information.

Our website uses “cookies” to identify certain information about our users, especially to serve the advertisement that can be of your interest. This information can include your IP address and general geographic information, this information is only used for marketing purpose.

We are not covered by doctor/patient confidentiality. Our free question are public, anybody can access them, so if you want your privacy, you may choose to display a nickname or a username, your email address will not be displayed, so you should provide us with your real email address so that we can contact your when there is a need to do so. Private questions are allowed to paid members only.
