I have this back pain since 4 days, it is on left side of back bone at lower region. this pain started after lifting a rock, which was heavy. what do you think, is the problem in back bone? what should i do. ?

I will be answering your question. 
As the pain started after lifting the heavy object and pain is not on the spine, instead, you are feeling the pain on left side of your spine. This looks like a muscle strain or ligamentous sprain to me. It should resolve within few days. You may take an over the counter painkiller along with a muscle relaxant. Deep heat physio also helps and provide comfort. If it doesn’t resolve within few days or pain radiates to legs or it continues to worsen or you start to have some bladder dysfunction then you must see an expert.
