Hello Doctor.
My blood pressure is 130/90. Is it bad? My doctor said not to worry its fine according to my age and i just have to increase my activity and control my diet. I am 62 year old female from bangladesh, dhaka.

Your blood pressure is in acceptable range according to your age. Continue to monitor your blood pressure two to three times per week. Follow your doctor’s advice on diet and activity.
