I want to ask another question about my previous question….  she takes 20 pills of nytol (50mg) all at once coupler times a week for years…..she said she want to stop by herself    is that possible and what are the withdrawal symptoms?

Thank you for asking the question.
As Nytol is an over the counter sleeping pill, so if your mother doesn’t take it, she will feel difficulty in sleeping, she may stay awake all night and crave for the pill, other signs are irritability, agitation, sweating, abdominal cramps and runny nose etc. Diarrhea may also occur. 
So it is stopped under medical supervision, see a qualified doctor, he will gradually withdraw the patient from the drug, it is not wise to stop 20 tablets at once, your doctor will gradually wean your mother off the drug.
