Hi Asma,
I am glad you are concerned about your friend.
Nytol is not a drug that can be used regularly, it affects your mood, thinking ability, brain and body functions badly if taken for a long time and 20 tables per day is a huge dose if I assume your friend is taking 25mg tablet of Nytol, it means the total dose she is taking is 500mg per day, which is not at all a recommended dose, the fatal dose of Nytol is 1000mg and she is already reached half way, there is high risk that in future she may take more tablets. So it is very important that she must get a psychiatric evaluation as soon as possible, so she can be weaned off of this medication soon and she can get a pharmacological help to stabilize her mood and deal with the withdrawal effect of this medicine.
So take her to a psychiatrist, and also to an internist for detailed evaluation.
I hope I have answered your question.
Regards.
