Hello, Thank you for asking the question.
I am Dr. Adil Ramzan
You have a number of medical problems, but all of these problems are manageable if you stick to the treatment and medications.
Your question is what are the symptoms of a bad liver, and the answer is given below.
The symptoms of bad liver include

  1. Yellowish discoloration of skin, eyes
  2. Dark colored urine
  3. Right hypochondriac pain
  4. nausea & vomiting
  5. Indigestion, especially of fats.
  6. Easy bruising / bleeding
  7. Swelling of feet / hands / abdomen (ascites) (advanced cases)
  8. Altered bowel habits
  9. weakness, easy fatigability

You haven’t mentioned any of these signs, in order to rule a liver disease, doctors order liver function test and abdominal ultrasound and Hep B & C viral serology (as a basic screening). If you may ask your doctor to consider doing these tests if you want to make sure your liver is fine. If these tests come out normal, then it means your liver is fine.
I hope i have answered your question.
Best Regards.
