i wanna contact an ophthalmologist about few informations to about my chalazion, how to prevent it, and how to have a healthy soft mebium in the mebiomian gland that flows freely

Chalazion once occurred, is usually treated with the help of surgical removal.
These glands are present near eyelid margin, the things we can do to keep its ducts open are,
1. Wash your eyes daily with baby shampoo.
2. massage gently daily to help the flow.
Proper hygiene is the best way to prevent chalazion formation.
