your blood pressure is slightly high, it should be less than 130/85.
i don’t know your BMI.
but if you are overweight, lose weight.
Continue to do more aerobics, such as walking, swimming, jogging. ( for at least 150 minutes per week)
Continue with the gym.
Are you using any supplements? if yes, then I would suggest you should consider reviewing their quality, as low-quality supplements may result in hypertension and cardiovascular problems.
