I am 36 years MALE, a govt employee. From last week or so I feel extreme tiredness, lack of strength, weakness. I have digestive problems since long including frats, gas with occasional blood fresh in stool. I consider I need a thorough check up. Please advice about my condition and to whom should I consult. I live in islamabad.

Thank you for asking the question, dear Mr. Bilal Ahmed. You have a longstanding abdominal problem and you are in your 30s. Moreover, you see fresh blood in your stool. and you are right you need through investigation, you aren’t so aged to have all these problems, so in this age group we must rule out an organic cause. Okay i know, Dr. Siddique Akbar Satti, who is a very good endoscopist, medical specialist and gastroenterologist, please meet him with following lab tests in advance. CRP Blood CP + ESR LFT’s RFT’s S/E Urine R/E I would also suggest Anti TTG IgG and IgA, if you can afford. Please have these test done from a good laboratory.
