Hi there! I’m a 20 years old girl. I have left ovarian cyst. I also suffer from bladder problems, like urinary urgency, urinary frequency, sensation of not emptying the bladder completely, and burning urine, bladder pressure, slow and weak flow of urine, dribbling. I had my pelvic exam done last year due to bladder issues, and everything was normal with my bladder, there was only ovarian cyst found, about more than 3cm. I just wanted to ask if my cyst causing these problems, or there is some other underlying health condition. I also suffer from severe constipation.

Thank you for asking the question.
the ovarian cyst of 3 cm is small, what you should do is repeat ultrasound every 6 months and monitor the size of the cyst, if the cyst size stays same then we do not need to worry, but we need to observe it, if it changes size, then further tests are done.
Moreover, it is unlikely that cyst is causing the problem if all tests are normal, then sometimes the symptoms are related to stress to anxiety and stress instead of some physical problem, in this case, psychiatric counselling may help.
Regards.
