I have H pylori positive in stool and blood 6.3, and I have used for 14 days the prescribed drugs by a doctor, now I have H pylori positive in stool and blood 6.3, and I have prescribed and used the Rifaximin 550 mg twice a day for 14 days, Omeprazole 40mg twice a day for 14 days and Amoxil 500mg twice a day for 14 days, now I have H pylori in stool with the negative result,
Now, I should continue the treatment or stop it.
Please, I seek your valuable advice.

Thank you for asking the question.
Negative H-Pylori Antigen in stool after Eradication therapy indicates cure. It is one of the recommended methods to document eradication. Thus if you have completed the recommended duration of treatment, then you may stop taking the medicine after consultation with your healthcare provider.
