Is it normal for a 14-year-old want to have kids?

Thank you for asking a question. 
Having a desire is not abnormal, but it is wise to make the 14-year-old girl understand and learn, she should have kids only when she is strong enough to handle them. She should have a stable financial, physical and social support before having a kid, thus having just a desire is not normal but practically follow it when you are not ready, may need professional help.
