In order to treat male fertility, we need to find out the cause.
Following test are helpful in determining the cause depending on the history.
1. Semen analysis
2. Serum Testosterone Level
3. Serum FSH & LH level
4. Testicular Ultrasound
5. Semen fructose (sometimes).
5. Genetic studies (sometimes)
Please note it is important you need all of the above tests, but the doctor decides what is needed.
Once the doctor gets the desired test results then he will be able to advise a treatment course.
