i am currently taking 2600-3200mg of aspirin daily ( will total five days prior to surgery).  I have cosmetic surgery scheduled for Friday 15th. What are the potential outcomes of continuing medication and percentage change/possibility thereof? I am 32year old healthy female, non smoker/drinker.

Thank you for the question.
You are taking a high dose of aspirin, I don’t know why do you taking it.
Ideally, aspirin should be stopped 7 days before an elective surgery, because of the risk of intra-operative uncontrollable or excessive bleeding. Because aspirin causes platelets dysfunction, platelets can’t make a clot and plug the blood leak.
Please discuss with your doctor the possible risk of excessive bleeding, if you are going for the surgery within 5 days of stopping aspirin.
If you have any further questions, please reply to this answer or comment.
Kind Regards.
