I am having missing and irregular periods for a year. My last period was on 1 June. my normal cycle is 35 days long. Sometimes they occur after 22 days and one time after 15 days. in between spotting occurs but not occasionally. I am allergic and asthmatic and take medications for them. I have had leukorrhea in my teenage years, and I was not aware of it until I started having vertigo, sudden severe pain in the abdomen and chronic pain in the lower back which is still present. I take mefenamic acid for back pain and cluster headache

I am not sure of your age, so it is difficult to answer this question. If you have irregular menstruation, first thing we need to do is to find the cause of it and once we find a cause then we direct the treatment against it.
there are several causes, but a complete hormonal profile and pelvic ultrasound maybe a good intial investigating step. Most of the cases it detects the abnormality and then treatment is directed against it.
