I am 14 and have a small hard lump near my right testicle which feels connected to my right testicle by a tube, I have had the lump for a few month.It is causing me no pain tho.

Hello.
Testicular lumps or any testicular change in young age should be examined by a doctor. All lumps are not dangerous. Rarely they may occur as a result of some serious condition. But as stated already I would advise you to have it examined by a doctor as soon as possible. As testicular lumps or change should not be ignored.
