I visited an ENT on Saturday 21st July and he diagnosed that I have Tonsillitis and advise antibiotics. However since Monday I have bumps on my tongue or its ulcer and its extremely painful, I can’t eat or even talk, please help, advise some medicine

Oral ulcers may occur in any infection, Best is to avoid spicy foods, Your doctor may advice you a proton pump inhibitor such as pantoprazole to help, oral topical analgesic such as Somogel, may help with pain. Please visit your doctor for further discussion and prescription.
