I took some powder out of my Vyvanse pill and had a migraine the whole day. Is that bad?

Hi, Thanks for asking the question. 
Vyvanse has CNS stimulatory effect, it is used to improve mood, it has an addictive potential and must not be used without doctor’s advise. It has primary effect on brain, thus having a headache is a common side effect of this drug.
